Prescribed Dosage : As per Physician Advice.
3 to 6 gram, 2 to 4 tablets 2 – 3 times a day.
Dose for children below 5 years – half to 1 tablet once or twice a day after food.
Dose for children between 5 – 12 years – 1 tablet 2 – 3 times a day after food.
Dose for children between 12-18 years – 1-2 tablets 2 – 3 times a day.
Direction of Use : Take 2 – 3 times a day, along with lukewarm water two hour before / after taking breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Triphala Tablet has following medicinal properties:

Weight loss (Obesity), Diabetes, Indigestion, Constipation, Flatulence, Abdominal Distension, Jaundice, Pyorrhea, Anemia, Asthma, Cough, Beneficial in Eye diseases, Inflammatory Condition , Internal Hemorrhage, Piles, Blood disorders, Skin Diseases.
This is best avoided during pregnancy.
Side Effects : In people with sensitive stomach, this medicine may cause Loose stools.
It can be taken during lactation period and in children under medical supervision. Store in a cool dry place.
