Form of Medicine : Round Biconvex Tablet

Prescribed Dosage : As per Physician Advice.

Traditional dose: 1 Masha – 750mgs to 1 gram, 2 tablets 2 -3 times a day.
Dose for children below 5 years – half to 1 tablet once or twice a day after food.
Dose for children between 5 – 12 years – 1 tablet 2 – 3 times a day after food.
Dose for children between 12-18 years – 1-2 tablets 2 – 3 times a day.

 

Direction of Use : Take one tablet three times a day, along with lukewarm water an hour before taking breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Trayodashang Guggul has following medicinal properties.

Anti-inflammatory, Analgesic, Muscle relaxant, Carminative, Anti-arthritic, Anti-gout, Antioxidant

Adaptogenic etc.

Kati Graha (Stiffness in lumbo-sacral region), Gridhrasi(Sciatica), Hanugraha (Lock jaw), Bahushul(Pain in arm), Janu Stabdhata (Stiffness of the knee), Asthivata (Bone

diseases due to Vata dosha), Majjavata (Bone marrow disorder), Snayuvata (Inflammation of

ligaments), Hridgraha (Cardiac failure), Vatakapharoga (Disease due to Vata-Kapha dosha),

Yonidosha (Disorder of female genital tract), Asthi Bhagna (Bone fracture), Vidradhi (Abscess), Khanja Vata (Limping).

Common Use :

It provides strength to the nerves, bones, joints, muscles and ligaments. It is effective in all types of diseases related to Neuro-Muscular system and Musculo-Skeletal system.

Brain & Nerves related diseases – Paralysis, Facial paralysis, Hemiplegia, Sciatica, Pain of neurological origin.

Muscle, Bones & Joints related diseases – Osteoarthritis, Bone pain, Osteoporosis or low bone mineral density, Fracture, Muscle spasm, Backache.

Contraindications :

This is best avoided during pregnancy.

Side Effects : In people with sensitive stomach, this medicine may cause mild gastric irritation.
It can be taken during lactation period and in children under medical supervision. Store in a cool dry place.
