Prescribed Dosage : As per Physician Advice.
500mgs to 1 gram, 1 tablets 2 times a day.
Dose for children between 5 – 12 years – half tablet once or twice a day.
Dose for children between 12-18 years – 1 tablet 2 times a day.
Direction of Use : Take Half / one tablet Twice times a day, along with lukewarm water an hour before taking meal.
Saptamrut Loh has following medicinal properties.
Antacid, Carminative, Mild Laxative, Antipyretic, Antiemetic, Diuretic, Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidants.
Textual Indications :
Chardi (Emesis), Shula (Colicky Pain), Amlapitta (Dyspepsia), Jvara (Fever), Mutrasanga (Obstruction in urinary tract), Timira (early stage of Catract), Klama (Tiredness without exertion/Langour), Anaha (Distension of abdomen due to obstruction to passage of urine and stools), Shotha (Inflammation).
Common Use :
Anorexia, Vomiting, Vision related Eye disorders, Early stage of Catract, Gastritis, Fever, Tiredness, Fatigue, Difficulty in Urination, Bloating, Edema and Inflammation.
This is best avoided in children and during pregnancy.
