Form of Medicine : Round – Standard Concave Tablet
Colour of the Medicine : Blackish Brown Colour

Prescribed Dosage : As per Physician Advice.

3 to 4 gms daily in divided doses, 2 tablets 2 – 3 times a day.
Dose for children below 5 years – half to 1 tablet twice a day after food.
Dose for children between 5 – 12 years – 1 tablet 2 – 3 times a day after food.
Dose for children between 12-18 years – 1-2 tablets 2 – 3 times a day.

Direction of Use : Take tablet 2-3 times a day, along with lukewarm water an hour before taking breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Medicinal Properties

Laghu Sudarshan Tablet has following medicinal properties.

Antipyretic, Detoxifying, Diaphoretic (induces perspiration), Anti-viral, Anti-microbial, Anti-malarial, Anti-typhoid, Neuroprotective, Cardioprotective, Haematinic, Hepatoprotective, Spleno-protective, Appetizer, Antioxidant.

Indications :

Textual Indications : Yakritplihavriddhi (Enlargement of Liver and Spleen), Jvara (Fever), Vishamajvara (Intermittent fever/ malarial fever), Jirnajvara (Chronic fever), Gulma (Abdominal lump)

Common Use :

Acute fever, Chronic fever, Fever of unknown origin, Loss of appetite, Headache, Body aches, Common cold, Cough (associate with fever), Malaria, Viral Fever, Swine Flu, Typhoid Fever, Dengue etc.

Contraindications :

This is best avoided in indigestion.

Side Effects : No side effect reported. Store in a cool dry place.
