Prescribed Dosage : As per Physician Advice.
Traditional dose: 1 Masha – 750mgs to 1 gram, 2 tablets 2 – 3 times a day.
Dose for children below 5 years – half to 1 tablet once or twice a day after food.
Dose for children between 5 – 12 years – 1 tablet 2 – 3 times a day after food.
Dose for children between 12-18 years – 1-2 tablets 2 – 3 times a day.
Direction of Use : Take one tablet three times a day, along with lukewarm water an hour before taking breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Kanchnar Guggul has following medicinal properties.
Anti-bacterial, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-swelling, Anti-mutagenic, Antioxidant, Muscle relaxant, Analgesic, Thyroid stimulant, Thyroid stimulant (hormone regulating), Anti Obesity, Anti-cancer etc. properties.
Galaganda (Cervical Lymphadenitis & Nodules), Apachi (Chronic Lymphadenopathy), Arbuda(tumor and extra growths), Granthi ( Fibroid, Cyst, Cystic Swelling), Vrana (External Ulcers, Wounds), Gulma (Abdominal lump, Tumor, Flatulence and Distension), Kushta(Skin diseases), Bhagandhara (Fistula in ano) and Shleepad(Filariasis).
Common Use :
Hypothyroidism with /without obesity, Goiter, PCOS (Polycystic ovarian syndrome), Endometriosis and Fibroids, Anovulation, Amenorrhoea, Hormonal Imbalance, Lipoma (tumors consisting of fatty tissue), Boils, Lymphadenitis, Cystic Swelling, Liver cysts, Polycystic kidney disease, Tumour (non-cancerous (benign) or precancerous and cancerous (malignant)), Wounds, Fistula, Skin diseases.
This is best avoided during pregnancy.
Side Effects : In people with sensitive stomach, this medicine may cause mild gastric irritation.
It can be taken during lactation period and in children under medical supervision. Store in a cool dry place.
